Assignment - Designing a Keychain:

-Units: IPS
-New Sketch on Top Plane
-Draw using the center Rectangle tool a box 3” long and 1.75” tall.

-Fillet all corners a radius of .25”
-Finish the sketch and extrude the profile .100”
-New Sketch on the Front Plane and draw a circle with its center on the top edge and the radius point tangent to the bottom (.200”).

-Finish the sketch and select the top surface of the keychain.  Use the Convert Entities Command to select each line segment making up the top
Use the Sweep Feature.  The Sweep needs two separate unconsumed sketches - one is the Profile, and one is the Path.  The circle will serve as the Profile and the top edge of the keychain will serve as the Path.  Select each in turn in the dialog box and generate the Sweep.
Add a .25" diameter hole located .25" from the top and side.  Place your lettering as desired at least .25" tall and extrude to a .050" thickness.
